There are not much differences between model A and B, they were mostly trained the same way they just give different results.

For expansion/growth content you can use the tags:

Model can handle:
taur
giant/giantess (a tad bit broken)

For better giant/ess content I recommend adding
cramped, hands on ceiling, {insert room type}

For the sketch style:
sketch, lineart

Negative prompt should have at your own leisure:
watermark, signature, speech bubble, text

Most of the images gives a knotted penis if it isn't specified so I recommend specifying the penis specie.
