This model transforms everyday photos into moody black-and-white film noir scenes — think 1940s detectives, trench coats, smoky alleys, and cinematic shadows. It works by keeping the subject’s pose and identity while shifting the outfit, lighting, and environment into a vintage noir aesthetic.
