  DG Cells (short for Devil Gundam Cells) are a fictional nanotechnological lifeform in Mobile Fighter G Gundam. They come from the Devil Gundam (Dark Gundam), a monstrous mobile suit originally created as the Ultimate Gundam by Dr. Raizo Kasshu (Domon's father).
  The Devil Gundam was designed to restore Earth’s ruined environment through self-replication, self-evolution, and self-recovery. But due to sabotage and corruption, it twisted into a destructive force.
