Officer Wilbur T. Wembley (Scooby Doo And The Cyber Chase)

I have never watched Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, but they really know how to design this one bit character.

Wembley is a campus police officer who works at the university the move took place. Has was rather suspicious of the Mystery Gang at first, but he helped them capture the culprit in the end.

Officer Wembley was a possible suspect in this movie, but I'm glad he's not the culprit. He may look like a grumpy jerk, but he has a heart of gold and takes his job seriously. He even shown genuine concern for the Mystery Gang when they were sucked into the video game.

Update: The GBA game revealed his full name, Wilbur T. Wembley.
