Nisroch (Mythology) (Illustrious) (AD)

Model description

This is an Illustrious lora for the Sumerian deity Nisroch. Nisroch is an eagle headed male deity of fertility and agriculture, with the fertility part pertaining to both agriculture and for growing a family. He was a popular deity in ancient Mesopotamia with a number of temples and ziggurats made in his honor. Historically the only thing bad associated with Nisroch was the one time a king was overthrown by his sons, with the sons taking him out while he was busy praying to Nisroch. The people figured such a thing done in a temple of Nisroch would be bad for the country, and coincidentally it did since the kingdom collapsed soon afterward.

Many tend to mistake some other deity with a human head as Nisroch when Nisroch has always been protrayed as an eagle anthro, or a man with the head of an eagle. He is shown wearing a feather crest on his head and an elaborate ancient Sumerian tunic, along with gold jewelry which includes arm bands and wrist bands with floral details. Many ancient alien types like to point to the golden wristband with the flower on it and say it is a wristwatch. Occasionally he is shown with a couple of daggers in the belt or side of his tunic, since wild animal attacks were possible back in the day when farming.

He is often depicted holding a bucket with sacred water in one hand and a type of crop called maize, looks like corn, in the other spreading water on crops to bring fertility and farm the lands. Like many from the Anunnaki pantheon, he has two pairs of wings. In rare instances of color being used, his tunic is green, his feathered head crest is a dark blue, and his wings are colored blue and yellow with the blue on top and the yellow being the end feathers. Sometimes dashes of red and purple are added. He is shown with eye makeup, a common thing for men to wear back in the day to keep the glare of the sun out from the eyes much like how modern football players put marks under their eyes for the same reason. And lastly he wears sandals.

In the images I made for samples many of them tend to have a white body since I consider it to look cool. Otherwise he has the body of a tanned man with a muscular build, due to all the work he does farming the lands. I find it interesting that he can do heavy farm work while wearing the ancient Sumerian equivalent of drip with his fine clothing. Since many of the samples out there tend to be stone carving reliefs, the results tend to be largely using white clothing, with some yellow used, and a regular human body lest one were to prompt otherwise.

A weight of 0.8 to 1 works well with this with most models. Sampling Steps of 25 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 3 to 7 with most working at around 5.

The prompts for this lora are ( Nisroch, eagle, ).
