-Add a bit of weight to "hook hands" if they dont come out correctly. Ive had good results with "hook hands:1.3"
-For nsfw content try to manipulate her arms for positions. Ex - arms resting on knees, one arm by chest, etc. - this keeps her hook hands correctly shaped more often
