The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Swapped from coffee to 'earl grey tea mixed with french vanilla coffee creamer' tastes like candy, kind of had to abandon coffee after having dreams so vivid for the last few day that I kind of confused them for reality for some part of the days. It was extremely terrifying that I thought, or rather I guess dreamed and hallucinated reality and would wake up and remain just laying in bed defeated not wanting to get up over a thing that wasn't even real.

I guess the thing is when you have an extreme amount of coffee and then sleep, you're sort of only 'partially' asleep because of the caffeine stimulant, so dreams become far more disturbing, for the last ~6 days or so until last night it was pretty much nightmares. Pretty silly all things considered.
