Rally Vincent (Gunsmith Cats)

This was basically done for fun when it was indirectly pointed out to me that there are no Illustrious models of Rally based on the 3-episode OVA. I whipped this badboy up just with the first episode and about 30 images, so it should be able to do the three outfits from the first OVA (I can't remember if there were more outfits). Quick tests work great, so enjoy my take on this retro babe!
