if they work
"with hands" should get you them using there hands

"with biceps" should get her doing it with her biceps
"with forearms" should get the forearms

but those last two might not function with out help

also "boobjob" in the negatives is to stop if from generating boob job images, leave it out of there and put it in the positive if you want that
