Latest Image Viewer - Automatically display newest image in folder

A simple image viewer that automatically displays the latest image in a folder.

Intended to be used with your output folder for image generators, so that you can display the image on another monitor while working on a prompt and generating images on the other for example.

A few know issues exist (fullscreen only works on primary monitor), zoom is janky. But basic functionality and image browsing is in.
