Charu/Casi From Ape Escape 1 & Ape Escape On Air

I figured since I did Natalie I might as well do Casi too. You can generation two different versions of her, the original Ape Escape version and the On Air version for her anime and later game appearances. There are multiple outfits for the On Air version. The reference images I used from On Air were a bit blurry and I think that comes out in the lora some times. Best to counter it with certain tags. It also tends to lean towards shots from above.
