Would recommend using "piercing, ear piercing" in the negative prompt to prevent the generation of earrings entirely.

Would also recommend using "chibi" in the negative prompt for the same reason stated on my Hazel and Mimi LoRA.
Im not sure about the impact it had in the generations but its a tag in the dataset for particular images so it may have helped during image generation in this LoRA's case too.

Also does a good job with expressions.
