Keywords trained on: "m1dg3t, mini person" - works pretty well.
As addition i suggest to use something like "thick thighs" or "size difference, tall male" if you consider to put "1boy" into the scene.

Trained on SDXL Base 1.0 & Pony Diffusion V6 with around 300 images, most are dressed up, but I included some Nudes, a few Cowgirl, 1-2 Blowjob, 1-2 Doggystyle and also a few 2 Girls and some Black Girls. Basicly everything I could find.
