Under the cold light of the full moon, Rictus Skelethorne stands as both terror and legend — a skeletal revenant draped in the remnants of nobility. Once a proud aristocrat and scholar of forbidden arts, Rictus sought immortality through alchemy and necromancy. What he achieved instead was an eternal mockery of life — a gilded skeleton bound to the shadows of his decayed manor.

Clad in a lavish obsidian coat traced with intricate gold filigree, his appearance is both regal and grotesque. The coat’s fabric ripples like smoke, embroidered with symbols of forgotten gods. His left arm, stripped to bone, glimmers faintly with infernal energy, each motion whispering the sound of rattling chains.

From beneath his skull-like visage, eyes of burning crimson pierce the night — remnants of a soul too defiant to fade. The world around him seems to dim when he walks; bats scatter, jack-o'-lanterns flicker, and fog coils around his steps like obedient ghosts.

They say Rictus roams the eerie expanse of Hollow’s Vale, guarding the boundary between the living and the damned. He is neither savior nor destroyer — but a sentinel cursed to ensure that what is dead remains dead.
