Anitoon by Urameshi

For this one I took WAI, Hassaku, and Mistoon and extracted the style and aesthetics from the 3 models, then I merged them together in a 3way merge favoring Mistoon slightly, then I did an advanced MBW merge with Illumiyume (for the character data and concept knowledge) to inject the new style/aesthetics, and baked in Illustrious v2 VAE
