Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward is a fictional character introduced in the British 1960s Supermarionation television series Thunderbirds. Source material is amazingly high quality, even by today's standards, and this turned out well. She definitely has that uncanny valley-ness of her being a puppet.

No standard outfit, she's a model so she's always wearing something different. She also has a variety of hair styles, but her most common ones are "hair up" "hair bun" and "short hair"
