James (Pokémon) LoRA

James from the Pokémon anime, one half of the iconic Team Rocket duo. I don’t really need to explain why this model was made; the gallery already speaks for itself. But don’t worry, the model was trained with a wide variety of outfits:

• Team Rocket uniform

• Ganguro student (Episode 15)

• Waiter (Episode 18)

• Beach Beauty swimsuit (Episode 18)

• Officer Jenny (Episodes 54 and DP96)

• Ballerina (Episode 61)

I also trained the model with the St. Anne waiter outfit (Episode 15) and the magician’s assistant outfit (Episode 53), but neither of these came out well. The model only manages to reproduce the glasses from the magician’s assistant outfit, which you can see in the ballerina images.

The dataset mostly used images from Kanto and Johto episodes (with just one from Sinnoh) to keep things consistent. No images from the newer Sun/Moon or Journeys art styles were included. I know James has worn way more outfits throughout the series, but Civtai’s 1000-image limit meant I had to at least prioritize ensuring the Team Rocket uniform came out reliably.

Anyway, I know what you all truly want from James… and as you can see, the outfit everyone’s been waiting for works perfectly too. Have fun. 😏
