Super Simple Workflow

Super easy workflow that utilizes LoraManager for easy lora usage, face detailer, and will upscale image. Download custom nodes and press start. No need to enter trigger words for loras, just add what you want and workflow will automatically use trigger words. I use the upscaler from 0_vortex: /model/147821/realesrganx4plus-anime-6b.
