This workflow takes advantage of HunyuanVideo 1.5’s upgraded architecture while combining it with the Light-X2V four-step accelerated LoRA, allowing significantly faster text-to-video generation at 720p while still supporting clean upscaling to 1080p. The accelerated LoRA condenses the usual long sampling process into a much shorter path, making video generation far more efficient without fully giving up motion quality. The workflow keeps the standard Hunyuan pipeline structure—dual text encoders, diffusion model, VAE decoding, and optional latent upscaling—but removes unnecessary intermediate components so the whole process becomes more straightforward. Even though Hunyuan’s general versatility is not on the same level as Wan2.2, its training quality is still excellent, and with the speed boost from the acceleration model it becomes very suitable for rapid video production.
In practical use, the workflow behaves much like a normal text-to-video setup: write your prompt, set the resolution and frame count, and let the model handle the rest. Lower CFG values help maintain stability when acceleration is active, and step counts can be kept minimal thanks to the four-step backbone—though slightly higher steps still provide a more reliable balance between clarity and motion. The workflow includes a final 1080p enhancement stage that can be enabled when higher resolution is needed, and it preserves detail without requiring manual adjustments. While the accelerated model can sometimes reduce dynamic intensity, the overall performance gains are substantial, bringing production times for a 720p 121-frame clip down to around ten minutes instead of thirty. For fast idea iteration, quick cinematic previews, or lightweight production runs, this setup offers a smooth and efficient solution built on top of HunyuanVideo 1.5’s strengths.
