Create colorful images in a gothic style inspired by artist Lisa Frank|
None of the showcase images were upscaled or fixed with detailers. They were barely even cherry-picked (maybe 2 or 3 generation attempts at most)

Strength: 1, but lower the strength to create more realistic images

Combined with other loras, I got good results when the total strength of them all was about 1. So, for example, with the 80's fantasy film lora, they would both be 0.5 and the prompt would be something like:

l1s4g0th, arsmoviestill, colorful gothic 80's fantasy movie still depicting....

Use Ultimate SD Upscaler to upscale, with denoise 0.2 and the foolhardy-remacri x4 upscale model.

Use mask detailer to fix/detail areas, with a denoise of around 0.35
