重要：第一次使用时 需要根据你自己的电脑性能调整seedvr参数；之后你就可以把任务交给工作流去自动处理了

关于视频缩放：

• 当视频最小边小于1080时，视频将按1080放大；

• 当视频最小边大于1080且小于2016时，视频将按2160放大；

• 当视频最小边大于2160时，会被缩放到2160；

关于插帧：

• 当帧率小于12时，帧率会 x3

• 当帧率大于12时且小时24时，帧率会 x2

• 当帧率大于24时，不会进行插帧，会输出一个黑屏、但不会保存。

About video scaling:

• When the smallest side of the video is smaller than 1080, the video will be enlarged by 1080;

• When the smallest side of the video is greater than 1080 and less than 2016, the video will be enlarged by 2160;

• When the smallest side of the video is larger than 2160, it will be scaled to 2160;

About frame insertion:

• When the frame rate is less than 12, the frame rate will be x3

• When the frame rate is greater than 12 and the hour is 24, the frame rate will be x2

• When the frame rate is greater than 24, frames will not be inserted and a black screen will be output but will not be saved.
