NewBie image [fp8]

This is a fp8 quantized Newbie-image DiT for ComfyUI.

• Scaled fp8

• Mixed precision

All credit belongs to the original model author. License is the same as the original model.

As of me writing this (12/12/2025), initial support of Newbie for ComfyUI does not call ComfyUI built-in ops. Thus it can only load bf16 safetensors.

But this quantized model is here ahead of the time because the names/keys of model weights are the same of Lumina 2. Once Newbie can be loaded with ComfyUI built-in ops, then this quantized model can be loaded.

Text encoder can not be quantized for now, because the keys of model weights are unknown.

Weights only. No hardware fp8 (tensorcorefp8) for now. Because I keep getting oom and internal cuda error, I can't get calibrated metadata.
