I find my best Settings being

DDIM CFG++
Automatic
Between 30-40 Steps
Hires Fix
SwinIR_4x
10 Hires steps
Denoising Strength 0.5
Upscale by 1.5

But please feel free to Explore and Experiment if you find better settings lemme know
