Model description
Tsumugi Shirogane from Danganronpa V3. This branch is distinct from my Tsumugi Shirogane experimental branch where I generally just try out new ideas for training. This lora is intended to be more stable in comparison. The "technical notes" section goes more into my methodology.
Model specific issues:
The z-image version of this lora wound up with more concept bleed than I'd have liked. Every now and then a generation will take on elements of some other danganronpa concept and apply it to Tsumugi. It's not common enough that I feel the need to retrain right now, but be aware that it can happen. I don't want to spend too much time iterating on z-image lora training when the upcoming base model might render it moot.
Prompting for multiple Danganronpa characters is 'mostly' broken too. Technically you can get Chiaki and pretty close to a good Junko along with Tsumugi if you keep trying. But in a practical sense I'd say that getting a specific character alongsside Tsumugi doesn't really work. Sadly, that includes Monokuma. There should be an example in the gallery of trying to get Tsumugi, Chiaki, Junko, and Monokuma in the same image.
Prompting style:
Tags, narrative captions, or a combination of both should all work. As a general rule plain narrative captions will work best with z-image. But there are exceptions to the rule. In particular, tags can help this lora move in the right direction when there's multiple characters in an image.
The image gallery for this lora should have three images of Tsumugi against a blue background. Those are to demonstrate prompting with tags, narrative captions, and a combination of both.
Prompt Examples:

Style Options
This lora has two main style options baked in. Danganronpa sprite style pushes for a style closer to the in-game Danganronpa sprites. The anime style pushes for a look closer to what was found in the Danganronpa 3 anime. It technically supports two different anime options. The main Danganronpa 3 anime and the 2.5 special episode. The main difference is that 2.5 has a lot more outdoor scenes. But in general I find it's best to just prompt for both 3 and 2.5 at the same time.
The styles can be triggered with the following.
Sprite style: The image is in danganronpa sprite style.
Anime style: danganronpa_3_(anime)_(style), This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 3. This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 2.5.
Technical Notes
I usually use my Tsumugi dataset to just test ideas or new models - that's the Tsumugi experimental branch. However, for this lora I tried to just push for stability and avoid doing anything that I felt hadn't proven itself within those experiments.
The main point I try for with the Danganrnpa loras is authenticity to the emotional design from the games. The games tend to push for visual storytelling to a strong degree with the sprite design. Not just emotions but variations on body language to go along with them are all part of the series artwork for every character. I at least try to bring that out in the loras. Though Danganronpa v3 characters pose an issue there just because the sprites dominate all official frnachise artwork. Danganronpa 1 and 2 have anime to flesh out a character's dataset with. V3 has....essentially just v3 and the occasional bit of supplementary material. Yes, there's Danganronpa S, but for the most part it's just extensions of the existing spritework from V3. All of that is a long way of saying that this lora tends to drift a bit too close to her Danganronpa V3 sprite than I might like even if not prompting for the Danganronpa sprite style. But it's the price to pay for trying to stick to the visual depiction of emotion from the game.
