The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Potato chips are kind of unusually expensive for what they are, surely these chippy companies do know we can buy a 10kg bag of potatoes for $10 CAD if you get the 'ugly imperfect potatoes' which is a totally wild concept to me, that ugly potatoes are way cheaper, I'm not going to care how a potato looks, I'm there to eat it. But like, For the most part you just need a toaster oven/oven and a knife to slice em into wedges and some cooking oil or butter and you can pretty much make your own chips, if you want 'flavour dust', you can sort of just use a plastic zipper bag thingy and salty/jalapeno 'dust' or whatever you want and do the good ole 'shake n bake'. $4 CAD for 150 grams of potato chips is such an insane price and it's kind of been that way for over a decade.
