Ultra Shine Skin doesn't require any further clarification.

At a strength of 1.0-0.8, it produces the most intense shine and reflectivity.

You can lower the strength all the way down to 0.2 for a more natural, less pronounced shine.

I don't know what else I need to add to the description to unlock this resource, as it didn't include anything remotely strange or questionable during training, other than just naked girls covered in a thick layer of oil.
