Lora Character Model for Garrus Vakarian. Trained on 69 labeled images (nice) with OneTrainer.

Trained on indigoFurryMixXL_noobaiEPS10, but seems to work with other NoobAI Models.

Tags to use are: 1boy, male focus, alien, turian, Garrus_Vakarian, grey scales.

Use fewer digits to get the canon Turian hands (with three fingers including the thumb). Will likely also give canon feet with two toes.

To get brownish-orange skin, use colored skin and/or brown skin.

You can add his visor with "visor". It can sometimes mess with the eyes.

You can add armor with "power armor", ME-style clothing with "casual clothing" may work.

I generated the example images with Forge Webui and used ADetailer with these settings:
