Photo Shemale Penis

Hi everyone!

This is my very first LoRA and I’m honestly pretty happy with how it turned out, so I decided to share it with you!

I tried to teach the model the concept of shemale + realistic/anatomical penises in photographic style, including different sizes (tiny, small, big, large, huge) and states (flaccid ↔ erect).

It learned the concepts quite well in general! Still… sometimes it struggles a bit when mixing very specific body types + extreme sizes, like: “a slim body asian shemale with huge thick erect penis” → usually needs a few tries to get it right.

Best results in my tests came with ~0.8 strength and 10–15 steps.

I tried to make it work well without any trigger word — check the example images in the gallery!

I’d love to hear tips from more experienced trainers: How do you guys usually fix/improve this kind of issue (good understanding of individual concepts but difficulty combining them properly)? With my 3060 8GB training takes forever, so trial & error is very painful
