Chibisuke (Dragon Drive) [NoobAI V-Pred]

Hi! This is my first published lora so if I did anything wrong don't forget to comment about it! This lora is a NoobAI V-Pred lora so I have no idea if this would work on Illustrous V-Pred but this won't work at all on normal NoobAI. The reason I did that?
