Crystal Tipps is a pop‑art–styled character from the 1970s. She’s know for her distinctive purple curly hair and wearing a chevron‑striped dress with a heart on the chest. This version of Crystal Tipps has been updated a tweeked to be a middle aged, curvy cougar, who's a veteran stoner who did far too many psychedelic drugs in her youth.
