Attached song from youtube was by Gregory Alan Isakov, It must have been 7-8 or so years ago, but I almost went to see him play in a small coffee shop here in vancouver, This song in specific was a part of a spotify playlist that I listened to every day back and forth from university, people are generally surprised by it, but trying new things generally scares the everloving shit out of me when I have to do it alone, so now the song doesn't really hit the same anymore, kind of like the alleged feelings of purgatory where there's a muted sadness and a wonder of what could have been.

I don't entirely regret it though, in the end, I suppose if there was ever a song to feel that way about, this is the one for it.
