This is my first attempt to post something of my own, please don't swear too much.

So...

The settings I use

Sampling method: DPM++ 2M, Schedule type: Karras

Sampling steps: 30

Width: 1200

Height: 1600

CFG Scale: 4,2

(Optional)

Upscaler: R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B, Denoising strength: 0,4

Upscale by : 1,5

Clip skip: 2

• masterpiece, best quality, amazing quality, very aesthetic, absurdres, newest, perfect hands, perfect face, perfect eyes, {prompt} ---- POSITIVE PROMPT

• bad quality, worst quality, worst detail, sketch, censored, watermark, signature, artist name, bad hands, fused fingers, missing finger, extra fingers, text {prompt} ----NEGATIVE PROMPT

For better processing, you can use ADetailer , but it's not necessary.

My Settings ADetailer

• ADetailer detector: mediapipe_face_mesh

• Inpaint mask blur: 14

• npaint denoising strength: 0,4

You don't have to change the rest

Also, if you use other LoRA (for example CHARACTER) and the quality starts to suffer, reduce the weight of these LoRA (I use 0.75 by default)
