Adult Joseph Gribble, from the King of the Hill reboot.

The training images were all kinda blurry, and Illustrious seems to struggle a lot with KOTH designs. Use at 1024x1024 or above. May need to play around with different base models or art styles to get the facial details looking sharp.

I'd be happy to re-train if anyone has high-res training images to share.
