A legacy version of Tanpopo from Shin Koihime Musou. I don't really like her redesign in Kakumei, it kinda lacks her uniqueness and the cheeky energy. They also made her taller, removing that distinction she had with her sister and added two new sisters that also look almost exactly the same. And the new art style has too much glitter everywhere.
Lora also knows her outfit, but I didn't include her somewhat unique spear.
