Well, Damn. New YS game. $90 CAD. These companies do know that they're not going to get many sales right.

I think if I bought 35-40 cheese burgers I'd get a lot more enjoyment than basically any videogame that's $90. I mean, CDDA is free, though I'm playing the 'worm girl' fork, that only ran me $7.79, and I've already gotten 4 hours out of it and been having a pretty good time. Apparently it took a person 64 hours to 100% the original version of this YS game,

Ys 100% not likely to ever touch again 90÷64=1.40625 CAD/hour

CDDA fork virtually no significant progress 7.79÷4=1.9475 CAD/hour

I'd need to play the $7.79 game for about 5.5 hours to match the $1.41/hour value of the $90 game.

Business people generally suck at making money. Keep in mind I paid for the CDDA fork -because I wanted to, the game itself is entirely free and has lots of free forks-. I'd rather pay for free content than subjugate myself to a company that doesn't provide significant value and doesn't respect my time.
