Sailor Neptune from Sailor Moon Crystal in Crimson Style

Here’s another attempt at creating a character in Crimson Sensei’s style. The dataset was created by me, and the method I used is different from the one I used for the Kisugi sisters. The most difficult part of the process was getting the shoes to generate correctly. Aside from that, I didn’t run into many issues.
