Rinne (from Rinrinne) PDIL

This was a LoRA I made long ago and had been wanting to make a v2 for a long while, but it was years ago, back when I had that ambition to make Another LoRAs and so it just collected dust in my Drive before I decided to dust it off and try once more with all the techniques I had acquired.
