This is a Flux LoRA for a Strappado Pose.
It can do a woman bound in a strappado pose, with her arms high behind her. I know there's another one, similar to this, but my tests show that this one is at least comparable.
It can also easily do a ball gag in her mouth. You can also try a bit gag, a tape gag and a cloth gag (but you should definitely prompt for that).
See the samples, you have to describe the pose. Success rate is about 50% for a nice pose, there are some glitches with fingers, but overall it looks nice
