Whinsey the Horse Girl (Sally Cruikshank)

Whinsey is a character created by animator Sally Cruikshank who appears in many of her web animations, often being voiced by a text to speech program. She is a teenage or young adult anthropomorphic horse girl who hangs out at coffee shop “Charbucks” and works at a phone appliance store.
