Madam Marsupial from Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures.

Not sure what kind of animal she is exactly. Add "kangaroo pouch" to give her a belly pouch, or add it to the negatives to remove it. I'm not a fan of it, but besides that she's peak furry design.
