Her outfit consists of: white scarf, long-sleeved cropped jacket with red sleeve cuffs and epaulettes, a grey breastplate thing that is either steel breastplate or colored garment and looks like a grey bandeau or strapless bra, erotic panties that is actually a historical reference, and the most confusing part of all, her dress.

If you remove all the aforementioned layers, nobody and I mean literally NOBODY knows what the hell it looks like. My autism brain speculates it's a strapless dress with extra long coattails and exposing ass, or it could look like her Christmas outfit which is sleeveless.

What's left is the white flap. In the animation, for a dozen frames you can see it flapping in the air similar to pelvic curtain (or kitchen apron but you forgot the hip tie), makes it look like she wears nothing underneath, exposing belly. However in the official art, that piece looks like it's part of the dress and the only flapping part is below her hip. And best part is?

Nobody gets it right. All 5000 fan arts I'm running through, only a dozen of those gets her details right. Someone would draw her coattails as a separate part, some would give her jacket different patterns, some straight up color-blind and worst of all, giving her dress six buttons instead of two. Yes, I am in great pain and suffer because people can't draw.
