Zoolie (Pirates of Dark Water)

This is a LoRA for the character Zoolie from the series Pirates of Dark Water, published by Hanna Barbera in 1991. Formerly a crew on the Maelstrom; Zoolie now runs a game-house in Janda Town. I love his crazy hair and beard.
