Introducing: Sailor Moon- Style

This LoRa changes your image into a Sailor Moon (Retro) style.

may need to add more to the dataset as it still produces a "modern" look. will fix.

Works for edits and txt2img.

Training was done in AIToolkit on 60 high quality images, 2500 steps with default settings.
