Based on the 2001 video game Ragnarök Online's Spica Nerius. Capable (sort of) of making both her outfits, the white and the blue one. For her cool headdress she sometimes uses put in "halo hair ornament" and it will get it (sometimes).

The dataset was VERY limited, so the model is very inflexible.
