Bacteriophage - (Changed Special Edition) [Illustrious]

I saw the Bacteriophage transfur in Changed and really liked the design. So, I wanted to make this. Of course check out the game and support the creator, their stuff is incredible. FYI, this model might be a little bit strong. So I'd recommend a strength of 0.7 for the best possible results.
