As the name says, this is a lora, where the person has a male head and the upper and lower body of a woman. This lora was trained on Anima Version 1.0. You can use the @HSmtf triggerword for the new version, but you don't realy need it.
For stronger results you can add in your negative prompts for example: "eyelashes, makeup, lip gloss, muscular arms, abs, biceps, chest hair, arm hair, femine face"
Use the lora with 1.0 strengh. Also the lora works fine combined with other style or character loras.
