concept lora for having wings wrap around another character.

most preview images were made using a weight of 0.8 adjust as needed. i found it to not be very compatible with lora's trained with characters that have wings as a main attribute in the training data due to the conflicting expectations of how the wings should look. training data is available if anyone wants to try and make a better version as I'm aware I'm not the best at making lora's
