Prompt-Controllable Muscular Physique

A concept LoRA for chroma that adds prompt-aware control over muscle groups and overall body types. Effects are intentionally subtle but noticeable and separable. Focusing on massive muscles.

Please use the following prompts to control the body type and muscle groups:

• a muscular man (serves as trigger, can be left out)

• massive muscle/ shredded muscle /extreme muscle (subtle effect)

• massive pectorals/ extreme pectorals (subtle effect)

• big deltoids,thick arms

• abs/ blocky abs, big belly (subtle effect) ,high trapezius, wide lats,

• hick thighs,thick calf,big butt

Describe the muscle group may enhances the effect. Known description (in training dataset) :pectorals are so heavy that they droop and pectorals are so big that they pushes the clothes out

Prompts with "subtle" may not activate under some circumstances.

Recommend Settings

• CFG<=4

• Lora weight: try at 1.0. Higher or lower as needed. Lower the weight for furry character.
