You can add "star in eye" to try and gen the stars in her eyes in the initial prompt, but this usually puts them in the middle. My approach for some of these was to gen and upscale without "star in eye", then switch to Inpaint sketch, draw a little star in each eye, and then add "star in eye" to your prompt and inpaint. But even this is pretty unstable.
