## Character Overview
Fiona and Flora are twin sisters serving as elite maid-ninjas under the Cactus household, descendants of a covert shinobi clan that has protected an ancient noble bloodline for generations.

**Fiona** — Elder twin. Black single-ponytail hair, left-hand white glove. Composed, observant, quietly protective.

**Flora** — Younger twin. Black twin-braids hair, right-hand white glove. Gentle, patient, deeply loyal to her master.
